is it possible for a women to take sperm that was ejaculated onto a papertowel or towel apply it on her finger then attempt to impregnate herself?

I'm sorry I am not an obstetrician and this is not my area of expertise as an infectious disease specialist.  That said, I would guess that semen ejaculated onto a paper or cloth towel would be unlikely to remain able to impregnate a woman who then either used the towel or tried to transfer the ejaculate to herself.  The sperm cells would tend to stick to the paper or thread that the towel was made out of.  Over time they would also loose viability.  Again however, I want to emphasize that this is not a matter of personal expertise and I would encourage you to speak with an expert such as an obstetrician/gynecologist  for a definite answer.  EWH
