[Question #1975] Can oral cause genital herpes

I have hsv 2 and take a suppressant. I had oral sex with a gal. I never heard anything. She dated a guy and ended up getting hpv from him. So it's been like 6 months since we had oral sex only. Now she has what she thinks is herpes  red bumps itching burning ect.  Is there any possibility that us having oral sex could have given her vaginal herpes? I never touched her there with anything besides maybe a finger.

You don't say if you gave her oral sex or she gave you oral sex.  Can you clarify?
If there was no contact between your penis and her vagina except your finger, you did not infect her with your HSV 2, suppressive therapy or not.

She gave me oral sex.  So is only the spots where direct contact is where the infection can be?  Like if my infected spot when shedding was on her thigh is that where she would get her spot?

If she gave YOU oral sex, then her mouth would be vulnerable to HSV 2, though that happens very infrequently.  If she is having genital symptoms. and she only gave you oral sex and there was no contact between her genitals and your genitals, she did not acquire genital herpes from you.
