Hi Terry, my urine pain is back after 1 - week. Can I have herpes in my urethra without external lesions on my penis ? Have you seen this before ? How likely that hsv1 and 2 miss in my 3 month blood test ? I am examine my wretches closely and I see something new every time :( . I don't have pain while urinating but after that it's uncomfortable and bit painfull. If this is herpes inside urethra how long will it take to heal ? Can u share you knowledge and experience on the nature of urine pain due to herpes ? I want to have a peace of mind since  I have negative blood test . but the pain doesn't allow me to do so.  Please share ur experiece 

When open my urethra I see a grey patch . I don't know whether it was there before or not . All of a sudden I saw a smal sore in my left calf. I am pretty much sure it was not there yesterday .im worried and anxious about herpes at this moment and tell me what should I do ?  The pain after urinating is not excruciating but painfull and uncomfortable. 

I think it would be unusual for you to have lesions in the urethra without any lesions externally.  Herpes in the urethra might take a week or two to heal.  If you have a gray patch inside your urethra, it may always have been there and you just never had a reason to look inside or it could be something else.  I would strongly suggest that you go to see a clinician about your issues - this is really beyond the scope of this forum because we are not able to examine you or see what you are talking about.  Can you do that?

I am planning to do so. But no one has an idea what's happening . That's why I wanted to get ur opinion on this. Currently I am working on another country and they don't have much developed medical facilities here. I need to go back to my country which I am planning on 3rd week of this month where I will get my biopsy result. I am confused at this moment. 

1.  30% for HSV 1 and 8% for HSV 2
2.  Pain with urination, but only for  limited amount of time - maybe a couple of weeks?  Unlikely though
3.  I do not think so, no.
Anxiety is playing  huge role!

Thansk terry .. frankly speaking I don't know what more I should do in my situation. This waiting game is killing me .  I will trust you if you are saying that this is not typical or atypical symptoms of herpes as you are one of the best in this business. All my urine and semen cultures were clear of any bacteria. Dr.HHH has mentioned something about CPPS in his thread. I would prefer to have that rather than herpes. But I need some assurance from you terry. 

It is true that herpes can present on the foot, but normally, genital lesions are present as well, in addition to foot lesions and I have only seen or heard of foot lesions in perhaps 5 cases in my whole career.  It is not "jumping" the nervous system, it is traveling along a slightly different nerve to get to the surface of the skin.  But there is nothing else that I believe is consistent with herpes here.  You really really need to work on letting this fear go or I feel it's just going to drive you nuts!
