I tested negative for igg antibody for hav 1 and 2.  Does they mean I do not have herpes because I get symptoms similar to herpes sometimes 

Hello and welcome to our forum. The IgG test for herpes picks up 70% of HSV one in infections and 92% of HSV-2 infections compared to the gold standard herpes Western blot. Can you tell me more about your symptoms that are similar to herpes? Have you ever had these symptoms evaluated buy a clinician or swab tested? Thank you.
