I had one time exposure unprotected I am a female.  About ten days later I experienced flu like symptoms, pain in vaginal area.  I woke up with a white pimple inside lip but disappeared in a few hours, I had redness in my thigh but went away that day. I was diagnosed with hsv2.  During this time I had night sweats.  I am paranoid of hiv, I did the oraquick swab test 9 weeks and it was negative please help.

OK, what tests were used to diagnosed you with HSV 2?

It was the swab culture tests.  Just paranoid.  Is the oraquick hiv swab accurate after 9 weeks?

Yes, I believe that you can trust the negative HIV test at 9 weeks.
Did you have the swab test from the mouth from the pimple you described or from the genital area?  The swab test is very reliable.

Yes just from the genital are. The gynecologist wasn't worried about the pimple, I think it really could have been because of stress because I was having a panic attack and googling every and anything associated with sexual transmitted diseases. It was painless and went away within an hour or so. I did show her it though and she didn't seem concerned.  Thanks!
