[Question #226] Please have compassion - do not delete - follow up

Dear Doctors,
Please do not delete my question, I am at the end of the line here. I don't know what to do anymore. I have been told by numerous experts that I do not have HIV. I trust you both tremendously. I have had an RNA test at 10 days, And Multiple Duo Tests from 3 weeks all the way out to 7.5 weeks.
All have been negative.
Today I was feeling very ill. I went to my doctor and was complaining of tongue pain. My tongue appeared white and she took a culture. She said it does not look like thrush but it is possible, it could also be geographic tongue. She agreed to test me for HIV once again, as even she agreed these symptoms are very strange. I also have an eyelid infection. I have a super flush red hot face again, feeling exhausted and no energy to do anything. The pain in my mouth is bothering me. I am just wondering if my tests are 1000% conclusive if I somehow did have a risk?
I am now panicking as I await the results of my 7th HIV test in the past 2 months. This is truly destroying my life. I don’t know what to do anymore. Is there any chance symptoms could appear so late or at all be related. I know you say my test results are 100% conclusive.
Is this a common consensus among experts? It would be impossible for me to have acquired HIV and for 4th gen tests to be negative up to this point? Is there any need to test up to 12 weeks? I am unable to go to work, spend time with loved ones, and truly feel like I am sick. Going to doctors seems to fuel the anxiety. The two of you are the only ones who give me some relief at least for a period of time. Thank you so much for your time.

I have told you that you do not have HIV. I will tell you again- YOU DO NOT HAVE HIV. Geographic tongue, if that is what you have, occurs most oten in people who are normal and is not a sign of disease.
