While attending a strip club one of the dancers walked up behind me and began rubbing my back (over my shirt) is there any std (specifically hiv)risk if the dancer had previously touched her vagina or had vaginal fluids on her hand or her hands were contaminated in any way. Also would any skin imperfections such as pimples bumps or eczema increase risk. Is testing necessary

Welcome to the Forum. There are no STIs which are transmitted by touching (transfer of material on one person's hands to another) no matter what pat of the body is touched. Further STIs are not transmitted through clothing. This does not change in the presence of skin imperfections including cuts, scrapes, eczema, pimples or other skin lesions. The contact you describe put you in no risk for any STI, including HIV. No reason for concern, no reason for testing. Please do not be concerned. EWH

Thank you Dr. Hook. So I can rest assured that there is absolutely no risk of any infection from this event?
