There is no risk of HIV or other STDs by kissing any body part, except low risk for oral-genital contact. For sure you cannot catch any STD by mouth contact with a womnan's breasts. There was no point in HIV testing after that event. But if you want truly definitive testing, you'll need a due ("Combo", 4th generation") HIV blood test at 6 weeks or more after the event.

This is your third question on the forum about obviously low risk exposures. Here is all you need to know:  If your penis does not enter another person's vagina, rectum or mouth, you will never get HIV or any other STD. You need not ever ask about any other kind of contact. Please note that repetative or anxiety driven questions are not permitted on the forum, so this will have to be your last one until and unless you have a truly risky exposure, symptoms of an infection, etc. Repeats of the same kind of question will be deleted without reply and without refund of the posting fee. Thank you for your understanding.

With no further comments after 4 weeks, this thread is being closed.

Please note the forum does not permit repeated questions on the same topic or exposure. This is your second in a month about obviously very low risk situations. New questions of a similar nature will be deleted without reply and without refund of the posting fee. This policy is based on compassion, not criticism, and is designed to reduce temptations to keep paying for questions with obvious answers. In addition, experience shows that continued answers tend to prolong users' anxieties rather than reducing them. Finally, such questions have little educational value for other users, one of the forum's main purposes. I trust you will understand.

Best wishes and stay safe.
