Come to our forum. I will be glad to comment.   You do not know that your sex partner had HIV and in fact, most commercial sex workers do not have HIV.  The risk from the exposures you describe is also very very low. There are no proven cases of HIV that have been acquired from receiving oral sex.   The estimated risk of acquiring HIV from performing oral sex on a female partner is not known and I am not aware of any cases which of been proven to be an acquired in this way either.   Finally, condom protected sex is safe sex.   I see no reason for concern about HIV from the exposure you have described. If I were you I would not feel the need for testing related to the events that you have described.

I hope my comments are helpful to you.   EWH

Thanks Dr.

I am sure there is no risk from condom...It was safe..And I used quality condom..But I'm so sorry but I licked her clitoris nearly 20-25 second...This will be risk or not to have Hiv test...

As I said above, there are no cases in which HIV has been proven to be acquired by a man performing oral sex on his female sex partner.  I would not worry and see no medical reason for you test because you licked your partner's clitoris.  EWH

In science a person can never be 100% sure.  Your chances of having HIV are lower than your risk of being struck by lightening.  Your risk of having a falsely positive PCR test is also higher than your risk of having HIV.  As I said before.  There is no medical need for an HIV test.  EWH---
