Hi,
Im sorry I wasnt expecting to be on here again following my recent questions I finally started to relax.
This morning I have woken up and had a shower. I was drying under my foreskin and I noticed a small red rash just under the penis head. When I pull the foreskin and inspect close they look like a few little spots. Maybe a max 1mm maybe a tad smaller.
It is morning of Day 11.
Could this be Herpes? I have no idea what the symptoms are and google doesnt really help. I cannot go back to the GUM clinic as I am away for the next few days to be checked which is why I have asked another question in the meantime. Can this be anything else?
My fear is will it be too late to be checked by next Tuesday if this is Herpes? I would not risk giving my girlfriend this. This is the only time I have ever strayed could I be this unlucky.. :(

I also want to add, I never noticed any pain there specifically until I spotted them this morning, now I am aware it feels a bit burny. When I press on it, I wouldnt say the rash/spots is painful.

Herpes does not appear in the manner you describe. Obviously I cannot tell you what this might be. It may be normal variation that you have detected in your paranoid repeated self-examinination, it could be a fungal rash or something else. It does not sound like an STI,
I must now remind you that our site has a prohibition against anxiety driven repeated questions following no risk events. Your questions are now falling into this category. It is time for you to move forward. If you cannot I suggest you seek and work with a counselor to address your guilt and anxiety related to the no risk in counter that we have interacted with repeatedly. Thank you. I have managed to find a private sexual health doctor who will check the rash physically for me as cannot go NHS, before I go away. I guess I need to treat if fungal anyway.
Apologies for the repeated questions I can understand what you are saying. Problem I think is we werent educated well on STIs and so you dont know what it is you see. Will get it checked and stop posting, my anxiety is through the roof.

Let me point out, once again, from a scientific and medical perspective the encounter you took part did not put you at meaningful risk for any STI. Your guilt over your missteps is the problem which you need to address. Not amount of testing is going to change this. I urge you to seek counseling. EWH---

Only posting to put closure on this and in case anyone else with anxiety issues reads.
Went to a private GP who also specialises in sexual health and dermatology.
She had a look, said definitely not Herpes and looked like Balantitis gave me a cream.
I genuinely believe the irritation etc has been caused by anxiety tension, probably what has led to the Balantitis etc.
Will follow the advice and get some counselling.
