Welcome to the Forum.  Statistically it is unlikely that this CSW had HIV but, even if she did, just as HIV has never been transmitted by kissing (including in deep kissing) exposure to saliva when used as a lubricant for masturbation has never been associated with HIV risk.  There is no need for concern and no need for testing related to having your penis spat upon - it was a safe event (no risk for other STIs either).  EWH

hi thanks for reply.  I'm trying to think of my risk as much lower than a blowjob?
would blood in saliva,  make much difference ?

Blood in the saliva would make no difference.  Equally important is the issue of seeking to make your risk lower than receiving oral sex.  Let me remind you that there are NO instances in which someone has been proven to get HIV from receipt of oral sex.  Can't get much lower than that.  EWH

You are not the only person to ask this question.  HIV however would not be transmitted in contaminated massage oil. there is no reason to worry about this as a possible route of infection.

this is my 3rd response to these questions.  As per Forum policy, this thread will be closed later today.  I hope my responses and questions have been helpful.  Take care.  EWH
