Hi i recently visitied massage parlour and during the massage the lady used a lotion and massage my penis , immediatley after the massage while i am taking shower i ve noticed 4 to 5 small red ulcers on my penis and its pain when i touched it . we did not do any kind of sex exept touching me in her hand . Is there any std risk or hiv if she touched this ulcer in her hand ? I ve did not notice if she had a cut in her hand .

Welcome to our Forum. I will be glad to comment. From your description it sounds as though the masturbation you received resulted in friction and, from that the ulcers you describe. Ulcers of this sort, resulting from receipt of masturbation, do not place you at risk for HIV or for other STIs. This is the case even if some of your partner's genital secretions might have been on her hands- still NO risk. There is no reason for concern and no medical reason for testing. If you do not have further friction to your penis, these abrasions should heal in a few days. EWH

It would be unusual for an allergy to lead to ulcerations to appear so quickly. No matter how or why the ulcerations were formed however, they do not represent a risk for HIV. The pain and burning are typical for lesions of this sort and will get better (and sooner if you do not manipulate them). You have nothing to worry about. EWH
