On may 31, i made the mistake of being with a high end prostitute in Spain. I rouched her feets, she gane me a massage, then i touched he for a few seconds and masturbated my self and she also masturbared. She did not touched me other than the regular back rub massage. The she cleened her self and left. A few hours larer i used the same bar soap to wash myself and also i believed i used the same tower (i saw i blood stain on it).

32 days after i developed a 3 days fever, headech, diarrea and a few days sweat at night on my head and collar.

Could that be hiv without having done any penetration, non oral sex, etc?

Thanks

Welcome to our Forum.  I'll be glad to comment.  None of the activities that you describe put you at any risk for STI, including HIV.  HIV is never transmitted through touching, through mutual masturbation even when partners get each others' genital secretions on one another and never by sharing either a bar or soap or a towel (even towels with blood contamination).  HIV is transmitted ONLY through unprotected, penetrative sexual contact or injection of infected material deep into tissue.

Your three day illness is NOT due to any STI, including HIV that you acquired through the exposure that you describe.  There is no reason for concern, you do not need testing and you should look for another, non-STI reason for your recent illness.  I hope that you are feeling better.  The illness you describe is quite typical of the sort of non-STI, viral illnesses that most people get from time to time.  EWH

Again, you are at NO risk for HIV from the events and exposure that you have described.  I am not denying your headaches and sweating.  what I am saying is that they are not due to HIV.  EWH

Correct- no risk from unprotected sex with your wife related to the encounter that you described.  No need to worry.  EWH

This is a repetitive question.  The events you describe, did not put you at risk for HIV or other STIs.  I have nothing more to say or advise you.

As you may know, we provide up to three replies to questions on this site.  This is my 4th reply.  Therefore this thread will be closed.  I hope my comments have been helpful to you.  EWH
