   I had an experience a year ago and was concerned with HSV2. I had the western blot done 2 weeks ago and everything came back negative. So as a base line, I am STD free.

  2 days ago i was at a strip club with a few friends, and the dancer was nude and reached down my pants and stroked my penis for a few minutes. I did not ejaculate, and my penis did not make contact with her genitals or mouth. I stayed fully clothed. I did rub her breasts, rear end, and touched her inner thighs. No penetration of her vagina. Do I need to be concerned about HSV1 or 2?  Should I get re tested?

You absolutely 100% do not need any further testing for this contact.  And there is zero concern that you could have contracted anything with this kind of encounter.
