Hello Doctors,

I am a happily married man in UK but in a drunken moment of madness last week visited an escort. No sex took place – she masterbated herself and I masterbated myself. So far so good. However, when I got dressed I noticed a small amount of semen (thumb nail size) on my leg – can’t remember if it was on my boxers or my leg but automatically thinking it was mine I removed it with my finger and put my finger in my mouth and swallowed to get rid of it. I quickly realised that this semen is unlikely to have been mine as the position of it on my leg didn’t make any sense. This escort had another client immediately before me and I was quick with her so between me and the previous client was no more than two minutes. My concern is that my leg or shorts (can’t remember now if it was directly on my leg or my shorts) had come into contact with this other clients semen which may have been on the bed (where I was of it was on my leg) or floor (where my shorts were) which I had then swallowed.

1. Given there had been no more than two minutes between me and the previous client, am I at at any meaningfil risk of ANY std from swallowing this semen (i'm concerned of passing something to my wife via cunnilingus). 

2. If yes can you also confirm my risk of Ureaplasma Urealyctum. I have read on this site that M. Gen and UU don't infect the pharynges but the following studies would seem to suggest otherwise (just for UU): https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/115097 and https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/20012733. If somehow i had got UU in my mouth from this incident would it be extremely difficult (in the same way as ghonnoreah) to pass to my wife via cunnilingus anyway? (I perform cunnilingus on her every time we have sex which is every day).
