I have had sex with a female escort around aug 3.Protecion was used throughout the whole time ,through oral and sex.i also checked the condom after for any rips and it was fine.i got tested via igg blood test on the 4week  and 7 week after my exposure ?what is the precenagte of me not having hsv2? I haven't had any blisters or lesions and I've been montiring my body everyday.

If you've had no symptoms at all, used a condom for both oral sex and intercourse and tested negative by IgG at 7 weeks, I think the odds are huge that you are not infected.  Generally speaking, without all the information you have provided here, if the test is negative at 6 weeks, there is a 70% chance it will stay that way if a final test was done at 12 weeks.  But given the condom use and no symptoms, I think it is safe to say your odds are over 90% that you are infected.

I was wondering Wouldn't the  virus  appear in my igg blood test at 7 weeks, like show a slight spike in  antibody instead of just showing negative. My doctor once told me my white blood cell count is low too.so if I did have hsv2 wouldn't it have been shown ? I've been experiencing slight  symptoms  like headache ,slight burning around groin and thighs.but this been going on for weeks. I went to the  dermatology at week 5 and sent some skin on my shaft for a biopsy and it came back negative.i think my anxiety is getting to me .

I think your anxiety is getting to you also.  And yes, most often blood tests will start to look positive well before now - there are a few exceptions, but again, given all you did with such careful sex, I just don't see this being you.

What are the exceptions ?i just want to be 100% sure I don't have hsv.caus i heard people can still contrast hsv even if they wear protection. Is it true the only way you could get it is skin to skin contact like me rubbing up against a sore or lesion ?

Correct, you need some kind of direct skin to skin contact to acquire herpes.  The testing for herpes does not give you 100% certainty that you are not infected as the test is not perfect..  The IgG test misses 30% of HSV 1 infection an d 8% of HSV 2 infections, compared to the gold standard western blot.  The best test is the herpes western blot which is available only at the University of Washington.   You can pursue that if you wish but honestly, I think the chances that you have become infected at this encounter are very very low.
