You were warned last time that repeated questions about the same exposure, testing, etc are against forum rules. But it has been nearly a year and a half, so I'll try one more time to reassure you. But this is for sure the last time.
The HIV blood tests are among the most accurate tests ever developed, for any medical condition. When HIV testing is done more than 3 months after the last exposure, the results always are 100% reliable. Those test results overrule everything else: no matter how high or low the risk of HIV was at the time of exposure, no matter what symptoms someone has, and no matter what other lab test results they have, the HIV blood tests tell the truth. Anyway, your symptoms and other test results are not those seen with HIV. Tests for other STDs also are 100% reliable.
The problem here is one of mental health, i.e. why you remain so anxious and fearful and "can't stop thinking" about it despite the repeated, reasoned, science based reassurance you have had on this forum and probably from your own doctors. You have been stewing about this for several years and it is time to do something about it. You should speak with your doctor about professional counseling; I suggest it from compassion, not criticism.
Here is our standard warning about repeat questions:
Please note the forum does not permit repeated
questions on the same topic or exposure. This will have
to be your last; future new questions about this exposure, testing, and your
fears about HIV or other STDs will be deleted without reply
and without refund of the posting fee. This policy is based on compassion,
not criticism, and is designed to reduce temptations to keep paying for questions
with obvious answers. In addition, continued answers tend to prolong users'
anxieties. Finally, such questions have little educational value for other
users, one of the forum's main purposes. Thank you for your understanding.

If your doctor has recommended antidepressant therapy, I suggest you follow that advice. And yes, you do need to work to believe your doctors.
Best wishes.
