Welcome to our Forum. I'll be happy to comment on your question, hopefully providing you reassurance that you were not infected by the exposure that you describe. First, let me point out that most commercial sex workers do not have HIV or other STIs. Further, even if your partner did, the exposure you describe did not put you at any known risk for HIV. There has never been a case of HIV proven to have been acquired by receipt of oral sex- not a single one. You are not going to be the first. From a medical and scientific perspective there is really not even a reason for you to test related to the exposure you describe.
With respect to other STIs, receipt of oral sex rarely leads to infection. When it does, the infections are most often symptomatic, presenting with penile discharge or burning on urination within a week of the exposure. If you have no symptoms at this time, I would not worry.
I hope that this information is helpful. Please do not worry about HIV or other STIs from the exposure you describe. EWH

Dr. thanks for your answer, it is a relief for me. On concern about the test antp24 at 13th day, how accurate is it at this time.?

At 13 days the p24 antigen test is not completely accurate but as I said above, I am confident that it will remain negative. I am confident you did not acquire HIV from the exposure you have described. eWH

At 13 days the test you had would detect 50-60% of recent HIV infections HOWEVER since the exposures you describe did not put you at risk for HIV at all, this is irrelevant. As I said before, you can be confident that you did not acquire HIV from the exposure you have described.
This is my 3rd response to your questions. Thus this thread will be closed later today and there will be no further responses. Take care. EWH
