Just one more question I’ve been also having this tingly/itchy feeling just under the scrotum. What could that be ? And on few occasions I’ve had a sharp pain also thr. 

I’ve been having back pains and lower back/side pains. Went to the hospital 2 weeks ago for really sharp pain on the right  side just underneath ribs. They did tests on my kidney and liver said it looked fine. Talked to the doctor after said it could be muscle pain. But it happened right after I took a piss and layed down. Also like I said before test have came back negative. Could this be herpes ? 

I have never gotten sores or any kind of bumps on my genital area. I have gotten diagnosed with molleacum around the genital area  (went to a dermatologist and confirmed that). Had them removed with liquid nitrogen. 

Don’t know if it’s just my nerves and anxiety playing tricks on me. 

Pls help me. 

Whenever someone suspects his or her own symptoms have a psychological origin ("Don’t know if it’s just my nerves and anxiety playing tricks on me"), usually s/he is correct. I have little doubt that this explains all your symptoms. Certainly no STD is a possible cause. My last reply in your other thread says all I have to say about herpes:  it is not a plausible cause of any of the symptoms you describe. I strongly suggest you consider mental health counseling:  ask your primary care physician for a referral. I suggest it from compassion, not criticism.
