Welcome back to the forum. However, you're asking exactly the same questions I answered in your first two questions a few months ago. Oral sex is no risk for HIV:  there has never been a known case of HIV transmitted mouth to penis and PEP is never recommended after an oral sex exposure. Hand-genital contact also is zero risk. I suggest you re-read your previous questions and the replies.

From your thread 8 months ago:

the forum does not permit repeated questions on the same topic or exposure. Any future new questions about these exposures or about your HIV, fears, symptoms and testing will be deleted without reply and without refund of the posting fee. This policy is based on compassion, not criticism, and is designed to reduce temptations to keep paying for questions with obvious answers; because experience shows that continued answers tend to prolong users' anxieties; and because such questions have little educational value for other users, one of the forum's main purposes. I trust you will understand.

Really, stop worrying about events like this. Have all the oral sex you want, with whatever partners you want. You will not be at risk for HIV. Future questions like this WILL be deleted  without reply and without refund of the fee. OK?

What about doctor if she spat on the head of my penis for masturbrtion ? In all honesty I believe I have acquired an anxiaty problem of panic in my head regarding, sexual contact and i have to deal with this problem, 8 months ago when you where kind enough to deal with me and my issues, I never told you this but  at that time I was worry of having contracted hiv from reciving oral sex (blow jobs) from 13 diferent woman over a 3 year period of time, to the point that I tested 30, yes the number is correct "30" diferent negative hiv rapid blood test, to finally realize I was fine. Its been a year almost since that episode and that is the reason why I had only "hand masturbetion" from 2 girls, because I knew it was safe. Until 2 days ago where i hada a blow job and basically all my fears trigger back again. So this is my story doctor and I colud only think of you for help, but I have to remain calm to be ok

Above I wrote "I suggest you re-read your previous questions and the replies." You obviously did not do that. The fact that saliva exposure (indeed any exposure to someone's mouth) is no risk for HIV, and that saliva kills HIV, were discussed there.

If you continue to have difficulty "remaining calm", you should consider professional counseling. Your fears are not normal and indicate an underying psychological issue. I point this out and suggest counseling out of compassion, not criticism.

If I apply logic to my situation, 8 months ago I tested negative from reciving blow jobs from 13 diferent woman. In this case its only ONE episode so I hope everything is ok and regarding to what you said, yes I will seek help to try to help me keep calm, but on my defense Doctor I have been extra careful with sexual contact (hand masturbation) because I know how I get worry,  exept for this last episode of reciving oral sex. Thank you for your time and patience once again and lets hope everything is fine
