What’s the chance likelihood percentage of getting an STD from a high end massage place American girls. No sex  involved lots of touching , only oral once for a like 20 seconds , touch king gentitlas etc with hands. 

Welcome to the Forum. There are no STI which are meaningfully transmitted through touching a partner's genitalia. This is a form of masturbation and masturbation is a no risk sexual activity.  Just as there is a THEORETICAL risk that you could be struck by a meteorite falling from the sky, there is a theoretical risk of getting gonorrhea, chlamydia or non-gonococcal urethritis from receipt of oral sex but with an exposure of only seconds and the passage of over six months without symptoms, I see no realistic risk for infection and no need for testing.  I would not worry in the least about the exposures you describe.  I hope this information is helpful to you.  EWH
