Hi doctor
Iam a bisexual guy and before one year i vist a massage center and the massager finger my anus deeply then hold his nonerected penis by his hand and rubbed the head on my anus opening then he ejaculated on my back. I dont think there was penetration because he kept holding his penis by his hand and have no erection. I think he was only rubbing the head on my anus which was very wet from the massage oil. After 3 weeks i woke up with sore throat then i felt worried from hiv and start getting panick attacks and after few days a sudden burning sensation attacked my shoulders causing three red spots then the burning migrates all over my body in lncluding the palms of hands with redness. Am very worried about hiv infection, i renewed my visa in uae after seven month from the incident and i got fit certificate for the visa medical. I dnt know if this is enough. Till now i have the burning and redness skin its like sunburn and a raw skin feeling with red patches. Am worried that i infected my wife and my daughter who is eight month old and she is breast feeding. Please reply

Welcome to the forum. Thanks for your question.

This was a very low risk exposure. Conceivably it could have risked one of the STDs transmitted by skin-to-skin contact, like herpes, syphilis, and HPV. But even these were extremely low risk, and none of them cause any of the symptoms you have had. For sure there was no risk for HIV, gonorrhea, chlamydia, viral hepatitis, or anything else transmitted through body fluids. And anywa, HIV also is not a likely explanation of symptoms like yours.
If you had HIV or another STD, you could have transmitted it to yoru wife if you have had unprotected sex with her. However, since is is extremely unlikely you were infected yourself, your wife almost certainly is not at risk, and therefore neither is your daughter through breast feeding.
I don't understand your comments about a medical certificate for a visa. But if you were tested for HIV or syphilis, and the tests were done 6 weeks or more after you had the massage, they prove you were not infected. These test results always overrule exposure history and symptoms. Even if you had a high risk exposure (you did not) or had typical symptoms for these infectios (you do not), the test results are conclusive. (If I misunderstood your comments and you have not yet been tested for HIV and syphilis, I recommend you do so now. Not because you were really at risk, but because the negative results may help you understand and believe you do not have them.
I hope this information is helpful. Let me know if anything isn't clear.

Hi doctor
Thanks for your reply. I mean that i did a visa medical test after 8 month from the incident which hiv should be included in the test and i was fit, but i didnt see the hiv test results by my eyes. Another question doctor i know iam repeating my questions but my anxiety is very high. Can my burning sensation with redness all over my body for one year be ars symptom and can ars last this long?

If you are uncertain whether an HIV test was done, I recommend you be tested now, for the reasons dsicussed above.

No, ARS does not cause skin burning sensation, redness, etc. ARS symptoms do not last more than 3-4 weeks.
