I went to cuba, 7 weeks ago and had sex with a guy, i use condom for sex but not for oral sex, i had a burn in my lip that stared  bleeding diring the sex. 6 days after i got a flu about three days. Two weeks after i got a cellulitis infection in the back of my leg i was 10 days on antibiotics, three weeks later he had a cullititis in his arm but went away fast. 4 weeks i stared having muscle pain in my neck and back, swolen gland in mu neck, 7 week later i have swolen gland where axilary finish and brest begins, i did the 4 generation hiv test at 7 weeks  exacly 52 days after exposure, results were not reactive. Is that conclusive or i need another exam?

Welcome to our forum.  I'll be glad to comment. Thanks for your careful and detailed descriptions.  The results of your combination HIV antigen/antibody tests at 7 weeks are conclusive.   In the past we believed that at 4 weeks these tests provided conclusive results however more recently a (very) few cases were detected a bit later leading us to revise our estimates in accordance with the CDC.  Personally, I have never seen someone who did not have conclusive results at more than 4 weeks after exposure.

Your cellulitis and flu-like illness are coincidental  You can have complete confidence in your test results.   EWH

Thanks so much for your response, one last question. The antibiotics that i took would delay the production of antibody to be detected by the test? I also read that the antegene p24 only test for type  hiv1 not 2 . In case i got hiv2 only would test my antibodies? Also many pages says that we can take 3 month in developing antibody? If a person has a inmune response low will delay the proces of developing the antibodies? Sorry many questions! But i have all those doubs. I am at 7 weeks with lymph nodes in my brest and flu symptoms again. Should i take one more test to be sure?

It sounds like you have been looking for information on the internet.  While the internet is great for communication, it is not a reliable source of medical advice as much of what is said there is out of date, taken out of context, or wrong.  In answer to your questions:
1.  Antibiotics have no effect on the development of HIV antibodies.
2. The combination HIV antibody/antigen test is conclusive for both HIV-1 and HIV-2 at 6 weeks (parenthetically, HIV-2 is not seen in Cuba)

Your swollen lymph nodes and flu-like symptoms are due to something other than HIV.  when persons have flu-like symptoms due to HIV, their HIV tests are always positive within a few days of the onset of symptoms.  EWH
