[Question #3360] I'm Back! Same exposure but NEW QUESTIONS

Dr.'s,

Thank you for taking the time. Every time I ask a question here about my previous risk in mid-November, I feel better for a little while and then I'm overwhelmed again because I realize I forgot to add one thing or another. Your words give me great comfort temporarily, it is my paranoia and fear of ruining my family that drives my fear. You have the info of my risk, and my test results (20 days 5th gen, neg. 26 days RNA, neg. 36 Days 4th gen, neg. 68 days Oraquick, neg. 84 days oraquick, neg. 90 days oraquick, neg. 92 days oraquick, neg. 95 days oraquick, neg).

I realize what I'm doing is excessive, but please see my questions and understand that your answers REALLY help.

1. The 92% # for oraquick false negatives scares me. 1 in 12 posiitve people can get neg results as I understand. That is why I took 4 tests at 84 days or more. I know I did them exactly as instructed and I got a line at the C, which according to their helpline confirms I did it correctly. Can these 4 tests be considered conclusive as scientifically they wouldn't keep being false negs?
2. I had unprotected relations with my wife 15 days after my episode, before I considered I could infect her (likely why I'm so paranoid now). About 2-3 weeks after she had one night of a lot of pain in her lower abdomen (Pelvic Inlammatory Disease?). A month after our sex I fingered her and she had slight blood. 60 days after our sex she had a 24 hour sickness (looked like food poisoning, vomiting all day but fine after 24 hours). 70 days after terrible nose bleed and then a slight nose bleed yesterday (78 days after)
3. Yesterdays nose bleed came as she was changing our BABY. my fear is the blood somehow getting into the babies mouth or thumb and her sucking the blood. (see, i really, truly cant get it out of my head that ive infected my entire family).
4. I went to an urgent care yesterday (95 days for me). Thought they did rapid blood tests but they didnt so i submitted for an entire panel. Wish I just did the ra

wish I just did the rapid*. As you probably know, waiting for results is just torture. I never felt lymph nodes until 30 days after my exposure and they are horrifying me. I realize that if these blood results from labcorp come back negative and I cant get over it I'm officially off the deep end and need counselling. But please, whether you realize it or not you answering these questions will help. oh and one more.
5. On christmas day I had bad back pain, like muscle aches. That would be about 39 days post exposure. That's the only day I had them but for some reason even in my paranoid state I didn't connect them. Sorry and thank yuo.

From my last comments in your previous thread:

I'm going to have to ask this be your last question along these lines. The forum does not permit repeated questions on the same topic or exposure. Threads with such questions are typically closed, usually without reply and without refund of the posting fee. This policy is based on compassion, not criticism, and is designed to reduce temptations to keep paying for questions with obvious answers. In addition, experience shows that continued answers tend to prolong users' anxieties rather than reducing them. Finally, such questions have little educational value for other users, one of the forum's main purposes.

Accordingly, this reply is brief and there will be no opportunity for further discussion.

1) Yes, your results are conclusive...

2-5) ...and therefore it is impossible that your symptoms or your wife's nosebleed are due to HIV.

The same warning goes forward for any additional questions you might consider posting about this exposure and your test results and symptoms.
