[Question #3381] Body to body massage risks

Hi. Last week I received a body to body massage in Thailand. We were both naked and lots of oil was used. She rubbed herself over my back. Then turned me around and rubbed herself on my front. I'm not sure if our genitals touched. She then straddled my leg (vagina definitely in contact) and touched herself. With the same hand she then touched my penis and finished me off.

I'm terrified of what might have happened. Today I noticed some red spots on my penis head. Have I contracted herpes or am I overreacting? Any risk of HIV or other STIs? Particularly scared about herpes and hiv.

Please help. Thanks

I don't believe that the experience of the body to body massage that you have in Thailand puts you at risk for any sexually transmitted infection. The skin of the leg is too thick for herpes virus to penetrate and it is extremely unlikely that she would get herpes virus on her hand in fact your penis. We have no known cases of herpes being transmitted from one person to another to masturbation, even if they were also masturbating themselves at the same time. There is also no risk of any other sexually transmitted infection in this situation, particularly HIV.

Thank you for your reply Terri. I feel much better. A couple of follow on questions...

If her vagina did brush my penis does this change your answer?

What could these red spots be if not herpes? They are painless and not like ulcers, but I haven't had them before and obviously timing is somewhat scary given its one week since the incident

What should I be on the look out for if it is herpes?

Thank you so much

Not really,no, it doesn't change my answer.  It takes more than a "brush" to get herpes.
they could be a fungal infection?  I would suggest that if you are worried you be seen.
Herpes would cause actual sores.
