[Question #3436] follow up question #3404

Doctor HHH:

I am embarrassed to return but obviously anxiety has gotten the best of me.

I read in another thread your comment:

Please get this straight:  If there is no sex with penile penetration into another person's vagina or rectum, there is no risk of HIV. Periods. Oral sex is no risk,

Regarding my performing analingus, that is oral sex and has zero penile penetrative sex.  Can I therefore conclude that it is NOT possible to contract HIV from performing analingus alone?

This is your 8th question on this site, many of your questions have been repetitive, like this one.  The time has come for some "tough love".  I will provide a brief response to your question above and then close the thread.  Further questions about analingus and non-penetrative sex 9ncluding rubbing and masturbation) will be deleted without a response and without return of your payment.  This is done in order to not further reward and enhance your anxieties about your extramarital, non-penetrative contacts.

Your statements above are correct with a single clarification.  When you state, "Oral sex is no risk", this is a true statement with respect to receipt of oral sex, cunnilingus and analingus, none of which have ever been proven to lead to HIV acquisition.  Performance of oral sex (fellatio) on a HIV infected sex partner is estimated to be very low risk (less than 1 infection acquisition per 10,000 sex acts) but not no risk.  There are no modifiers to these statements with respect to issues of blood at the site of contact, gum or tooth disease, oral sores, etc.

This ends this thread.  Please heed both my warning above, as well as the warnings Dr. Handsfield has provided to you in the past.  EWH

thank you, so performing felatio carries a small risk but performing analingus does not carry any risk, correct?

i will not be returning to the forum as per your warnings about this again.

Repetitive.  This includes receipt or performance of analingus.  See above.  EWH
