It is statistically very unlikely that the person with HSV 2 will ever acquire HSV 1 subsequently to their HSV 2 infection - something like 1 in 55,000
The male giving oral sex to the person with HSV 2 is also low risk because HSV 2 has a strong preference for living in the genital area - it does not like the mouth. If the male did acquire HSV 2, it would look just like a cold sore that he already gets - visually the two types are indistinguishable.
