[Question #3491] Why is this not an ARS rash

Doctors. I'm back about my daughter. I know you say my incident was no risk and my tests are conclusive. My posterior cervical lymph nodes dont mean much and are insignificant at 9mm. My daughters rash was originally deemed to be eczema, and then the head of the practice a week later looked at her since it didn't go away and said it definitely wasn't eczema, it is just bad dry skin.

Please. My life is falling apart. I'm in terrible mental condition. I think my wife infected my daughter without knowing it. I knwo that seems crazy to you. PLEASE allow me to describe the rash and please tell me why this doesn't seem like ARS or if you think I need to be tested again (last 2 tests were labcrp 4th gen at 95 days and oraquick home test at 118).

It started flesh colored slightly raised on her stomach, 11 days ago. It got a little worse and then appeared on her arms and cheeks. Then, the tummy appeared much better but her back flared up pretty badly. Always worse when she got out of the bath. It didn't seem to itch her at all. Most recently, back got a little better (still scaley/bumpy but color is better) and now it's on her thighs more than anywhere else. She also has one or 2 white heads on her thighs. So, while it hasn't totally disappeared from certain areas, its gotten much better where it was and then appears somewhere else. She has had NO fever. She has had a consistently runny nose and recently has developed a little cough.

Please. I'll rip my beautiful family apart if I tell my wife they all need testing, btu I'm willing to do that if you think I should. Please tell me if I should get her tested, and if not PLEASe tell me why this isnt an ARS rash and I will 100% leave you alone. Ive spent $150 here. I need to know my kids arent infected. Thank you. Please.

She is 18 months old. First doc said eczema second doc said no way just bad dry skin. On google for reference it looks like prickly heat rash. Which could make sense cuz the heat in her room gets bad sometimes but it's winTee. That's what it looks like though prickly heat

Oh and last part the most sensitive part of the rash is back of her head/top of her neck like the scalp. That's the only area that seems to really bother her and is a little scabby.

And how long would lymph nodes last with ARS? I first felt mine 30 days post exposure. Digging around I found more. 3 posterior and one antterior. All under 1cm and they haven't changed to date (I'm over 125 days). If these are ars related would they have been down by now? Changed in some way? I need to know my baby girl isn't infected
