i am worried about HIV from this ?? 

Am i at risk for HIV ? after last handjob encounter i went for fourth generation HIV and P 24 antigen test after 3.5 weeks came negative 

Can i consider my status to be negative ?? i havent had any sexual encounter except oral and handjob and got tested at 3.5 weeks. 

Do i need more testing for HIV after the simple massage encounter ??

However, I'm sorry you found it necessary. This question is essentially the same as the one you asked last time, and the answer is the same. As I wrote back then, "With no penile penetration, there was no risk of HIV or any other STD from this event. Penis contact with skin -- anywhere on the body, including breasts, inner thighs, or abdomen, is risk free, as is hand-genital contact. You don't need testing for HIV or any STD, and if you have a regular partner, you can continue your normal sexual practices without worry of transmitting any infection." Common sense should tell you that other kinds of person to person skin contact, not involving the genitals, also is no risk.

The only difference is this time you have already been tested. As just stated, it was unnecessary:  had the result been positive, it would have been necessary to look for other exposures you haven't mentioned. There is no possibility of HIV from the events described. But still, the tests you had were around 95% conclusive. If you feel you need a truly conclusive result, have another 4th generation test 6 weeks or more after the event.
