[Question #3723] Pregnancy Risk from Genital Rubbing

I had a previous question answered by Dr. Hook and am just looking for some more information. Question number was #3535.

My original worry was an std but its been two months now and i am fine which you clarified.

I am now worried about possible pregnancy from an encounter like this?

In short, genital rubbing, thong may have been in place for some of it.

I wanted to add that i remembered getting up and rushing to the washroom to ejaculate, i did so and returned and continued for a little while longer i believe. Once again from what i recall there was non if any penetration.

I am worrying about this because my anxiety brings up memories and regret.

My main question is what are the chances of her getting pregnant from a single encounter like i describe?

Thanks!!

Welcome back to the forum, but I'm sorry you found it necessary after the extensive, reasoned, science-based reassurance you had from Dr. Hook.

We are STD experts, not experts in pregnancy and conception. I can tell you in general terms that genital contact without penetration, and especially without ejaculation in the vagina, is very low risk for pregnancy. You needn't worry about this any more than about STDs.

So even if there was excess sperm from after ejaculation? No need to worry about this?

Clearly overthinking just had be worried because I do remember ejaculating into toilet then returning for brief Genital rubbing penis to vagina.

Move on from this without worry?

I understand this is the wrong forum for this and I apologize you just have the experience and informative answers.

Could you explain a little why it’s not likely to cause pregnancy from Genital Rubbing

Because not enough sperm can get deep enough inside to contact the ovum (egg).---

So an encounter even with a bit of after ejaculate wouldn’t be any need for concern or worry?

Shall I just move on from this as stated before without worry?

Thanks

"So an encounter even with a bit of after ejaculate wouldn’t be any need for concern or worry?" Correct.

"Shall I just move on from this as stated before without worry?" Yes.

That completes the two follow-up comments and replies included with each thread and so ends this discussion. Please note that repeated questions on the same topic are not permitted. This being your second about risks from non-penetrating sex, Future new questions from you on these topics will receive no reply and the posting fee will not be refunded. This policy is based on compassion, not criticism, and is designed to reduce temptations to keep paying for questions with obvious answers. In addition, experience shows that continued answers tend to prolong users' anxieties rather than reducing them. Finally, such questions have little educational value for other users, one of the forum's main purposes. I trust you will understand.
