Me and my wife both have HSV-1 (Genital) for 15years. Is it possible to pass it to our mouth with unprotected oral sex?

That would be extremely unlikely and if it was going to happen, it probably would have happened by now. I would take that off your worry list.

We’ve never tired having orals sex before. We have HSV-1 on the genitals not HSV-2. It was given to my wife through vaginal sex from someone she knew before me. I was thinking since we have type 1 and not type 2. It could spread to our mouths.

Once you have HSV 1 in one location, it is extremely unlikely you would get it in a new location on your body
