Hi, I developed a skin rash on my back. It is not itchy. I recently visited a sex worker. We had unprotected oral sex and my penis touched her vagina (no penetration) Can this be a std?

Welcome to the forum. Thanks for your question.

No STD is a likely cause of a skin rash on the back or anywhere else. Most likely it is a coincidence, entirely unrelated to the sexual exposure. In addition, you describe a sexual experience with little or no risk for any STD. If you would like to provide more details about the rash, timing since the sexual event, or other information, perhaps I can provide even more reassurance. But from the information available now, I very much doubt the rash has anything to do with the sexual exposure.
I hope this information is helpful. But let me know if anything isn't clear or if you have more information.

Hi doctor,
Today it is a little bit itchy. Red bumpy spots on the back of my body. The occur like 3 weeks after the visit to the sexworker.
I want to send a picture but it doesn't work so I send a link to show how it does look lik. http://www.bedwantsenbestrijden.com/bedwantsen/bedwantsen-beet-herkennen/
Thank you

Sorry, we don't examine photos of rashes, lesions, etc. It comes too close to practicing medicine from a distance, which we cannot do. This forum is not a substitute for direct medical care; you'll need to see a doctor. I'll just add that your description still doesn't sound like any STD. The only STD that might cause a rash on the back is syphilis in the secondary stage, but 3 weeks is much too soon (secondary syphilis rash can't appear before 8-10 weeks); and syphilis rashes usually are not itchy.

Sorry I can't help further, but you can be sure this is no STD and is unrelated to your recent sexual exposure.
