Welcome to our Forum. I'll be glad to provide some information. HIV is more difficult to transmit that many people think. The virus is fragile and becomes non-infectious immediately after contact with the environment. Further the virus does not pass effectively through intact skin. For all of these reasons, contact with an infected surface, such as a towel, though wet underwear or clothing, or in the context of mutual masturbation when one person's infected secretions get onto a sex partner (including onto their genitals without penetration) is a no risk event with no possibility of HIV transmission and no need for testing. Similarly massage in which infected secretions are involved is a no risk event. No one has ever acquired HIV from the sort of contact you describe and there is no need for testing related to it.
I hope this comment is helpful to you. EWH

The internet is a bad place to go for information and what you think you have "learned" form it just proves this. Going to the internet will mislead you and make you fearful. Much of the information on the internet is taken out of context, connects unrelated facts, or is just plan wrong. No person has EVER gotten HIV from the sort of exposure you describe although millions of such exposures have occurred. You are not going to be the first person to get infected this way. For that matter, you do not even know if the secretions you MAY have been exposed to were HIV infected. Statistically they were not.
You have no need to worry, you do not need to be tested and your partner is not at risk of infection from you related to the event you described. EWH.

Final answers.
Herpes is not transmitted in this way. No STI, including HIV is. I said this before.
At six weeks tests for all STIs, including HIV will be reliable.
This additional information does not change my assessment in any way. This was a no risk event.
