One more think my main worry is the  blood in the hand because I seen in the internet the I can get hiv from blood if it goes throw  ucous membranes In penis I am uncircumcised too is that still make it more of a risk or is it still low risk

Your follow-up post is repetitve and my answer will not change.  You are worrying needlessly.  do not be misled by incorrect statements you see on the internet.  As I said before- "Combination HIV antigen/antibody (4th generation) tests are completely conclusive in persons who are not taking medications active against HIV (i.e. PrEP) at 42 days (6 weeks after an exposure).  At 4 weeks they have detected over 99% of recent infections.  Neither of us has ever seen someone who had a negative test at 4 weeks become positive at 6 weeks but we respect and support the CDC's 6 week guidance."  thus, briefly, in answer to your questions:

2) I took the hiv 4th genataion at 34 days from the exposer I had what is the change that my negative test with turn to positive at 44 day 4 th generation test I saw in one of the comment that there little change that at negative at 34 day turn in to positive at 42 day how  rare  is that I am afraid that I will go test at Monday that is my 44 day from exposer and it will come back positive let me at that is the only exposure I had I have not had intercourses with in 5 months or anything like that the only think I have done it the hand job in massage parlor.
Repetitive.  See above.  Neither of us has EVER seen a test which was negative at 4 weeks turn positive afterwards.  Further receipt of masturbation as you describe is a NO RISK event.

3 ) i know u said that I can move on at 6 weeks but I seen that cdc has said at 12 week
What you have read is out of date and overly conservative.

4) The kind of exposer that I had what is your expert Advice at can I feel confident that 34 days I am hiv Free or u still think I should test again for at 6 week to be sure
There is no need for you to have further testing.  Your exposure was no risk and your test at 32 days was negative.

5) at this point can I have sex with my wife and not worry I can give here hiv
There is no reason related to the exposure that you have described to avoid unprotected sex with your wife.

Your follow-up is repetitive.  Your result is conclusive, PROVING that you did not get HIV from your no risk event.  Believe the result.  There is no need for additional testing.  No need to worry about hepatitis, herpes or any other STIs.
