Yvonne Bryson's study was done more than 35 years ago and I think most people now would agree that although perhaps some virus particles could be recovered from inanimate surfaces, that virus is not infectious.  I have zero concerns about transmission in this way.

Ok great, ty. I have a qiestion about the use of vinegar and hsv.....
Ive also read a lot about vinegar as treatment for cold sores and as a general disinfectant of the house. Also in potentially "treating" hsv
Hsv 1 or 2 (as in kills active skin virus, suppresses latent virus)

Does vinegar work as an effective disinfectant as far as hsv goes (specifically as a cleaner.... secondly as a treatment)

No, I don't believe that vinegar is an effective disinfectant for herpes. There are many OTC products that are effective against herpes that I would use instead.

Yes, I think I understand what you meant.
It would be nice if there was something really natural that was really certain, I just don't know what it is.
I like Mrs. Meyer's products - don't know if you could find those where you are?
