If the initial Herpes simplex was found in back of throat. Will you get this virus when it reoccurs in the same place every time you have an outbreak?  My son had breakout on face and mouth they said it was Hand Foot and Mouth.

He had an upper GI because they didn't know what was causing his pain back in April.  I gave him this virus, I hate myself.  I either gave him something I drank out of or cooking.  I can't take it, it is so painful for him.     So you are saying that most likely this was the Herpes virus?  How do I prevent this from being misdiagnosed again?   They did not do a swab with this last episode.

How often will he get these episodes?

This was the 2nd episode, but like I said the doctor said it was Hand Foot and Mouth because its what's going around.   Can I send you a picture?

Will he continue to get the sores in his mouth as well?  I need help.
