Dear Dr,
i am a 28 year old gay male. mY EXPOSURES over the last 6 months were with 3 different males . The first exposure involved recieving unprotected oral sex. The second one was getting rimmed and fingered and giving PROTECTED oral sex. The last exposure was also getting rimmed and fingered, recieving unproected oral sex and giving PROTECTED oral sex.(during this last exposure I had some rashe in my groin and arround the buttocks which the dr said was due to heat. Would this increase my chances of contracting any STD or HIV? Also could this rash be due to some STD? Its a red itchy rash. however i have been given some medications and it has been improving since then. Do i need to perform any test. Im a bit worried.
Thanks & Best regards

This is your tenth question on the forum, and you have been advised of the policy against repeat anxiety driven questions. These questions are essentially the same as those you have asked previously in several other threads. The answers there also apply here. No STD is a likely cause of the sort of rash you describe; the large majority of genital skin rashes are not STDs, and your doctor has given you an alternate diagnosis. We cannot diagnose anything and do not try. Since your doctor says its a heat rash, you can safely assume that's correct, especially it's now improving with treatment, and because you have generally had safe sex.
No further discussion. Please avoid the temptation to keep wasting good money on questions with repeated or otherwise obvious answers.
