[Question #4221] Herpes chances / anxiety

Hi all, wanted to get your thoughts. Sunday night I had sex anal/vaginal with a girl and again on Sunday morning. Ever since I've experienced extreme regret and extreme anxiety for various reasons, which started mid day Sunday when I started feeling a feeling like I constantly have to pee/sensation at tip of my penis. Now today my anxiety is even worse because I asked her if she has been tested lately she said not in a few months but has only had sex with one person twice in that time. About a month ago and again last weekend. But that person is my friend and I know as a fact he has HSV2. So obviously now I'm freaking out and my testicles have started to have a burning sensation and I can'tconcentrate on anything else. She says she has had no issues or symptoms of anything.

Also it was a long sexual session, over an hour. And I've noticed I have an open scrape on my penis I'm assumingfrom the friction does that make it easier to get ?

Do you think he could've passed it to her then to me? Is it just anxiety? I can't stop panicking.Thanks in advance

A scrape?Could you clarify what that looks like?

While it is possible that he passed it to her and she passed it to you, that sequence of events sounds unlikely to me.

What I want you to be looking for are tiny water blisters on a red base. If you develop those, please go right in and have them swab tested for herpes. If they were going to show up they would do so within 2-10 days.

You might want to ask her if she used a condom with this other man - or if he is your friend, you could ask him. If condoms were used, they reduce the risk of transmission by 96% so both you and she should be fine.

It looks like it could be from the friction since the sex was so long. It's a red area that sorta hurts to touch. But I'm also worried it could be the beginning of the outbreak

I guess the questions I need answered are

1. What are the odds of this transmission occurring?

2. If this irritation on my shaft isn't from the friction of sex, is there any chance it could be the herpes sores about to develop ? Could they show up that quickly?

3. Do you think the feeling like I have to pee constantly is due to an STD? UTI? Anxiety?

Thanks in advance, this has really consumed my life the past few days and I would just go get a test but it hasn't been long enough to test for anything

I thought that you had posted the same post the Westover Heights site but now I remember it was here that I saw the same post.
