[Question #4234] Head with a condom

I recently got a BJ in a strip club with a condom but I had been partying pretty hard and  couldn't get hard. The condom kept sliding up but the head of my penis stayed covered throughout the whole time. She had no visible sores or blisters present around her mouth. What am I at risk for... Can I get Ghonorea or Clyamidia?  Am I at risk for anything?

Welcome to our Forum and congratulations to you for your practice of safe sex, even while partying hard.  Oral sex is relatively low risk for all STIs and with a condom covering the head of your penis the encounter comes close to being a no risk event, even though it slipped down.  With a condom in place there is NO risk for gonorrhea or chlamydia and no one has EVER been proven to have gotten HIV through receipt of oral sex.  Condoms also greatly reduce your already low risk for syphilis or herpes.  I would not be worried and unless you experience symptoms, do not feel strongly that there is a medical need for testing.

I hope this information is helpful to you.  EWH

The symptoms I referred to would be a discharge from your penis, burning on urination, or new sores on your penis.  EWH

No symptoms like that but I did get a sinus infection a few days later that has been making me feel pretty crappy. But this may be from the white horse when I was partying , plus I flew in from out of the country a few days prior, don't know if maybe I came in contact with something on the plane. Would that be a red flag for any STD's?... Do you think I should worry Dr. Hook?

As I said in my original post, I would not worry at all about any STI, including HIV at this time.  Pushing yourself or the rigors/exposures of air travel may well be the reason for feeling poorly.  No STI "red flags".

This is my 3rd reply to your questions.  as per Forum guidelines, this thread will be closed later today without further responses.  Please don't worry.  EWH
