dr.
i am married man.
I had two separate relationships oral sex  with two different girls.
In the first link :
I had  massage with  China girl ,she was licking my ass about 1 minute.
after 3 months  in the second relationship , I had  massage  and she lick my penis for about 1 minute.

1.  Do I need HIV test?
2.would it be the HIV risk increases if the masseuse has bleeding gum or blood in saliva?

3. Can i be 100% sure i did not catch HIV?

Note:
The reason for my question now is the appearance of dark patches on the legs after 8month.

Thank you dr

Welcome to our forum. Thanks for your questions and your confidence in our service.  I'll be glad to share some information with you.  To summarize the main point of this reply, the exposures you describe do NOT put you at any risk for HIV.  There is no reason for concern the lesions you describe on your legs are almost certainly not related to the exposures you describe.  To expand on this statement:

Oral sex only relatively rarely leads to infection with any STIs.  when we speak of oral sex on this Forum, we are speaking primarily of giving or receiving fellatio in which a man's penis is inserted into the mouth.  Licking of the penis or the insertion of the tongue into the anus (analingus) are virtually no risk events for all STIs. When oral sex (fellatio) does lead to infection, the most common problems are either gonorrhea of non-gonococcal urethritis NGU) caused by mouth organisms introduced in to the urethra during sex and which typically become symptomatic and obvious within a week or so after exposure.   There are no proven cases of HIV having been acquired from receipt of oral sex, from having the penis licked, or from analingus.  There is also no evidence to suggest that gum disease, mouth sores or other oral or dental problems make receipt of oral sex riskier for any STI, including HIV. Thus I see no reason for concern and no medical reason for HIV testing related to the exposures you have described.

I hope this information is helpful.  EWH.

Dr
Yesterday I went to the doctor of dermatology and urinary tracts to check the dark spots on my legs.
And I told him about the oral relationships that I talked about.
My doctor asked me about some tests, such as cmv igg. It was at the level of 191ua / ml, and the natural ratio was less than 6
I had a check up to a year of CMV igg, and the result was 36
The doctor told me it was too high.
I was asked to check out the hiv.
He told me to go up to cmv igg, when the immunity was low!
And now I'm looking at the result

I'm worried.

Your CMV results appear to show that you, like many people, had CMV at some time in the past.  They do not explain the spots on your legs, nor do they suggest HIV.  No change in my assessment.  I remain confident that you did not get HIV from the exposures you describe above.  EWH---
