Dear Dr.
Here I am again..
I had another Sexual exercise with the same massage worker 10 days ago and it's about oral sex to me and caressing the opening of the anus with the tongue and finger to me .
After 5 days from the event l had a hiv and std tast and all nonreactive.
The test I did approve I did not get hiv or std from the first event I get with the same guy.

Do I need to have other test ??

In the 10 days I had some syndrome ( cough ، Throat congestion and Night sweats ) .
Is it related to hiv or std ??

Thank you Dr. for your help .

Welcome back to the Forum.  As I understand your post, you received oral sex from this person (his mouth on your penis) and he inserted his tongue and finger into your rectum.  If so, these are no risk activities with no risk for acquisition of HIV and there is no need for further testing for HIV..  There is a slight risk of gonorrhea and chlamydia but that risk is low.,  If you wish to be completely sure you were not infected, it may be best to have a urine test and a rectal swab test for gonorrhea and chlamydia.

The tests you had did prove that you did not get HIV or STIs from him from your earlier exposures.  If your testing included tests for gonorrhea and chlamydia, at five days the results would be reliable and do not need to be repeated.

A cough and nasal congestion are not signs of HIV  or other STI

I hope these responses are helpful.  If anything is unclear, please feel free to use your up to two follow-up questions for clarification.  EWH

3/Molecular detection of HSV1 and 2 DNA (Qualitative) by real time PCR.
4/Molecular detection of Neisseria gonorrhoea DNA by real time PCR.
5/Molecular detection of Chlamydia trachomatis DNA by real time PCR.
6/Molecular detection of Trichomonas vaginosis DNA by real time PCR.
7/ Rapid Plasma Reagin .
8/HIV Combo .

These tests are definitive for gonorrhea, chlamydia, trichamonas and Mycoplasma genitalium.  There was no need for testing for ureaplasma.

The recent events you describe did not put you at risk for HIV or hepatitis B or C and your risk for syphilis is close to zero.

The symptoms you describe do not suggest and STI.   I would not worry further. EWH.

Your wife and children are not at risk because of the activities you describe.  There is no need for teting.

As you know, we provide up to three responses to each questioner. This is my 3rd reply.  This thread will be closed later today without further replies. EWH
