weeks ago i had normal body massage in india , i have pimples in my back and
body rash i dont know if its bleeding or not , if the lady had cut or bleed in
her hand and touch the pimples let assume it was bleeding am i at Hiv Risk ??
i
have runny nose me and my wife for more than a week now !! im scared that some
blood exchange happen and put me at risk .

Welcome to our forum. I'll be glad to comment. You have nothing to worry about. HIV is transmitted only through DIRECT, unprotected sexual contact. Massage, even massage with masturbation does not put a person at risk for HIV. this is true even if you have pimples or open sores on your body parts that are being massaged and even if your masseuse has cuts or open sores on their hands. HIV is not transmitted through this sort of contact. There is no reason for concern and no reason for testing related to the activities that you describe above.
Your symptoms sound s though you have a cold. These are not a sign of HIV.

To acquire HIV through blood exposure, fresh blood must be injected deep into tissue to access the blood stream, I.e. Such as occurs with needle sticks. Surface exposures are not a meaningful concern and typically do not require testing. EWH---

so you advise me to stop thinking about this and go back to my wife and any sympems in the future whatever it is for sure its not related to Hiv ??

yes, absolutely. This was a no risk event. You do not need testing and have no reason related to the encounter you describe to worry.
