I hope that you didn't spend too much money on this procedure as there are no known cures for herpes.

First let me ask you how you were diagnosed with this virus?  Swab test from sores, antibody test?  Have you had symptoms recurrently? 

The virus, when present in your body, triggers the production of antibody, and this process is continuous.  When there is no virus, there is no antibody.  The best test to detect antibody is the herpes western blot.
