[Question #4474] Another person's cum on penis?
I recently went to a place in Japan that basically gives hand jobs to each person in a stall. I understand there are no risks for any sti/std from handjobs alone, but what if a pervious patrons leftover cum touched my penis from the hostess?
When she came to my stall, she gave me a hand job and rubbed my penis on her stomach. After a while I came in her hands. My concern is what are the risks if she did not wash her hands well enough or wipe her body from the previous cum on her stomach? She gave me wet wipes for my self and she seemed to use them to wipe her hands/stomach. Any risks from any still/std, herpes etc?

Welcome to the forum. Thanks for your question.
STDs are not so easily transmitted. Nobody has ever been known to catch them by hand-genital contact, even when infected genital fluids are used for transmission. Not enough virus or bacteria could be present in the small amount of fluids that coudl be so transmitted, whether the infected fluid was from the person giving the hand job or someone else. This also applies to contact with fluids on the sex worker's abdomen or skin anywhere else, not just hands. And the wipes used would further reduce any theoretical risk.
So you really needn't worry about this. I don't recommend STD/HIV testing and it is safe to continue your regular sexual practices with your regular partner(s), such as your wife if you are married.
I hope this information is helpful. Let me know if anything isn't clear.
