You were warned at our last interaction that further posts would be deleted without comment.  Your further questions will not change my assessment or advice.  Your exposure was no risk, your tests were definitive -believe them.  Do not try to attribute your wife's respiratory tract infection to HIV, resulting from your no risk exposure.  It is not related.  Address your guilt,and do not continue to worry about HIV from your no risk encounter so long ago.  This is the only response you will get.
