Hi Doctors
I am so sorry to ask this question again- I mentioned I went to a lap dancing club two weeks ago- The lady put her breast sin my face tried kissing me, got naked and grinded on me ( I was wearing boxers and jeans) until I ejaculated- I did touch her vagina for 2 secs and then she touched her vagina and then put her hand down my trousers on my bae penis till I told her to take it off ( about 3 seconds)
Since then, I do also suffer big time from halth anxiety- I have had a range of symptons I cant put my finger on- at some stage I had a frequency to urine, then now its after I wee my tip of penis feels hot and sometimes it just feels hot and bothersome- like it has been irriated- this is now two weeks after the event
It also is a bit hot when I ejaculate- there is no burning on urination, no spots and no discharge
I know it sound svery difficlt to catch anything from the exposure- but is there another reason for feeling like this- anxiety? uti? the symtons started two days after the event
My urine is a bit sdmelly and yellow too I do get dehydrtaed easily- its just the feeling of being hot and irriated is getting to me
Thanks
Sam

I am saddened to hear that the past answers that you received from Dr. Handsfield and me did not resolve your concerns. Repeating your questions is not going to change the answers you receive. The exposure that you describe was no risk for all STIs, STIs are not transmitted through clothing or by touching a person's genitals. The sensations that you describe at the tip of your penis, when you ejaculate, or the smell of your urine are in no way suggestive of STIs. As Dr. Handsfield explained in his earlier reply, we often find that when persons are troubled by anxiety and guilt they tend to focus on normal sensations which would normally be ignored or overlooked. I suspect that some of this is contributing.
I must also warn you that our site has prohibitions against repeated and/o anxiety-driven questions. Once this thread is complete, future posts related to your no-risk encounter may be closed without a reply and without refund of your posting funds. EWH

Hi doctor
I am so so sorry I know it must be frustrating and I really do apologise I don’t mean to waste anyone’s time I feel bad
Its not just pain on ejaculation- it’s more it all feels quite warm/hot and that my penis top feels hot and wouldn’t say burning but hot a lot of the time and especially after I pee
The frequency to urinate has gone bug the rest Persist a bit- just wondering could it be a uti or is it all anxiety and stress related
I keep thinking there is no way I could of caught anything but then I keep thinking what if something slipped through
I guess no discharge is good news
You suggest I should just forget about it- I’m hoping as anxiety reduces symptoms will decrease
Sorry again doctor- just feels weird experiencing symptoms so soon after the encounter
Thank you
Sam

Again, neither a warm feeling on urination nor urinary frequency are typical findings of STIs. Urinary frequency may occur with a urinary tract infection or anxiety. Again I emphasize that the exposure you described in your initial interaction is not something associated with any risk for STI. EWH---

Hi doctor
Sorry one last question and then I wish you a very merry Xmas to you all
It’s hot after urination and sometimes when I’m not doing anything- it’s not warm when I urinate more straight after when it’s back in my boxers and sometimes just throughout the day- no burning on urination
This all sounds v incident to you? I know anxiety can do a lot but feel the burning and warmth after urination a bit strange- this is no infection symptom at all?
Thanks
Sam

The hot sensation you describe is not a sensation that I have heard expressed in nearly 40 years of STI-focused practice. Some patients with STIs complain of a burning or tingling sensation on urination but usually not otherwise. When body parts are warm to the touch it is a sign of inflammation or irritation which typically also associated with redness in the area. One last time, the events you describe are not associated with STI risk. any trauma that might have occurred could lead to inflammation and irritation but again that would be unusual. At this point, I would suggest that you have a trained health care provider examine you but otherwise would not worry.
As you know we provide up to three responses to client's questions. This is my 3rd response. Thus this thread will be closed shortly. Take care. EWH

Sorry doctor when you say have a trained health care provide look at me? Is that for my anxiety but you think it’s nothing to worry about- if so I will move on and enjoy my Xmas
Thanks

As I said, I am confident that this is not an STI. If there are visible abnormalities, then I would get checked. If not, no need.
End of thread. EWH
