Welcome to our Forum.  I'll be glad to comment.  Do you have an STI for sure?  Even if you do, STIs are not ever spread through contact with bathwater which comes from an infected person.  STIs are not transmitted on sponges, wash cloths or on towels either, no mater how much time occurs between users.  EWH---

Hello again, first of all sorry for my language not so good but i hope to make me well understood,
My situation is as follow, i am a sailor and few days ago i come back home, during the contract on the ship, around three months ago, i had one risk situation in Brasil with one prostitute.During  the  sexual act, vaginal, i observed the condom wich was slipped of from my penis (the head of penis and urethra remain cover) and on the base,on shaft i observed huge quantity of vaginal secretion. After 3 days i experienced some strange symptoms like flu, headache, sore throat and  one bad general condition.During these 2 months also i loose some weights, the colour of the nails was changed a little bit.Due to these symptoms when i come back home i refused to have sexual relation with my wife untill i will make the test for HIV. On this scenario appear this situation which make me crazy,in tubebath  i  come out, sperm come in the water, after that i realized maybe is danger for my wife, i changed the water, i cleaned with sponge and soap and refill again the water for my wife.
My question are
1.  there is the danger like virus remain on the bottom of tube or on the walls and  when my wife use the sponge (the same wich i cleaned first time the tube) to wash the genital organ, vagina, the virus to go inside the body if have any sore, wound. Also my anxiety is due to the fact that after 5 days had experienced some symptoms like cold, cough, sore throat.

2. For myself , it is possible like virus to go inside the body through the skin of penis, my urethra, foreskin were covered

3  All information on the specialised sites speak about body fluids (in my case sperm) have to come in contact with mucous membrane like vagina  and from here possible infection. In my situation i dont know if remain the virus on the wall of tube this is mean is not in body fluid ? Can survive like this?

Thank you for the additional information.  When condoms slip but still cover the head of the penis, they do there job and there is almost no risk for HIV. Thus it is unlikely that you acquired HIV from the exposure that you describe.  The way to prove this to yourself however is to get an HIV test.  If it has been more than 6 weeks since your exposure to the prostitute, the results will be definitive (and I am confident, negative).  As for your additional questions:

1.  there is the danger like virus remain on the bottom of tube or on the walls and  when my wife use the sponge (the same wich i cleaned first time the tube) to wash the genital organ, vagina, the virus to go inside the body if have any sore, wound. Also my anxiety is due to the fact that after 5 days had experienced some symptoms like cold, cough, sore throat.

I understood this situation with your first question.  There is no risk of acquiring HIV in this way- no risk at all.  For your information, as I said above, your risk is very, very low and when persons have symptoms of the sort you describe after an exposure to a person who may have HIV, 99% of these people do NOT have HIV.

2. For myself , it is possible like virus to go inside the body through the skin of penis, my urethra, foreskin were covered
No, there was no risk.

3  All information on the specialised sites speak about body fluids (in my case sperm) have to come in contact with mucous membrane like vagina  and from here possible infection. In my situation i dont know if remain the virus on the wall of tube this is mean is not in body fluid ? Can survive like this?
The contact however must be DIRECT, not indirect through water.  Even with direct contact, the risk for infection is low, less than 1 infection for 1000 such exposures.

Please do not worry.  EWH

Thank you Doc for your reply,
One correction, my wife had after 5 days and still have, these symptoms i dont know if is only coincidence.......or have to be worry. How you already observed my concern is my wife risk not mine. I want to know,to clarify some aspect about survival of virus in my situation,in tubebath

1  virus can survive without body fluid ? (there is not sperm - i wash the tube with hot water and soap). When i drained the tube ,normally the sperm drain also, corect, then after i drained the water remain still virus active without body fluid, the sperm or is already inactive ?

2. After i refilled the tube again (after i washed with hot water and soap) if remaining the virus this can migrate, have locomotion, movement through the water?

3. If remain virus into the water second time, the water can be considered like body fluid, can be infectious the virus through the water, same for the sponge can transmit the virus?

Thank you in advanced for your kindly response !

Thank you for the additional information but it does not change the FACTS that HIV cannot be transmitted through wter as you described.  Your questions have become a bit repetitie as well and my answers will not change:

1  virus can survive without body fluid ? (there is not sperm - i wash the tube with hot water and soap). When i drained the tube ,normally the sperm drain also, corect, then after i drained the water remain still virus active without body fluid, the sperm or is already inactive ?
NO!!!   the virus does NOT survive in water, no matter what  the water temperature or presence of absence of soap.  Draining the tub makes no difference but, of course, as the tub is drained, the ejaculate and any sperm or virus present would leave as well.

2. After i refilled the tube again (after i washed with hot water and soap) if remaining the virus this can migrate, have locomotion, movement through the water?
See above.  Any virus that was present would already be dead.

3. If remain virus into the water second time, the water can be considered like body fluid, can be infectious the virus through the water, same for the sponge can transmit the virus?
Repetitive.  Any virus present in the water would be dead.

As I trust you know, we provide only three responses to each question.  This is my 3rd response. Therefore this thread will be closed shortly with no further answers..  As I explained earlier- the contact you described did not place you at risk for infection, even if your sex partner had HIV (which you do not know!).  I again recommend to get tested so you can know that you were not infected.  Until then, please do not worry- there is no risk of having transmitted infection in bath water.  EWH
