Hello Doctor Hunter Handsfield
I'm sorry for my English I'm using google translate
My problem is that I went to a massage center on 21.11, and I did sex without a condom.
Circumcision is my penis.
Sex lasted a maximum of 30 seconds.
And I went and showered and I urinated.
on 28.11 I went to the doctor I was tested for gonorrhea syphilis chlamydia all were ok.
I started to search for HIV online after some symptoms began.
But on 10.12 started some simptom of throat I start to with pain,
the pain was easy, and I had a look at it as small wounds in the throat.
By 15.12 they began to show how much redness in the neck in the hands of small redness that if not scratched leave afternoon.
By 18.12 In the hands and feet began some hot numbness, which in the meantime disappeared.
with 20.12 near the testicles appeared a small wound, which after a few days recovered.
with 22.12 again some small red spots appearing on the neck and with a temperature and causing a pain when touching the clothes.
And in the morning they disappeared, but moved to the side and the partial rush on the back and the temperature, this also goes to tomorrow and disappear.
But my throat is still fried and with a pain in the interior that is bothering me.
Please give me an explanation of what I should do next because I am very scared.

Welcome to our Forum. I will do my best to help. It appear that you are concerned that the symptoms that you are experiencing is that you may have acquired HIV- it this correct? I realize that some of the symptoms you describe, such as sore throat may occur in persons who have recently acquired HIV. This possibility however is statistically unlikely as most masseuses do not have HIV and even when they do, HIV is transmitted to others during unprotected sexual intercourse only once in every 1000 acts of unprotected sex. At this time however you can prove to yourself that you do not have HIV by having an HIV test at this time. If your symptoms were due to HIV, the test will be positive.
I hope this suggestion is helpful. EWH

2. My penis is Circumcision can be more protected.
And now I'm in week 6 and need to test for HIV.

PS;If i have any problem theese days i will contact you again

For your follow-up questions:
1. It may be 30 seconds sufficient for infection.
Theoretically, any sexual exposure can result in HIV transmission however, shorter time periods are logically less likely to result in HIV acquisition. Please remember that even if your partner did have untreated HIV, there is a 99.9% chance that you DID not get infected.
2. My penis is Circumcision can be more protected.
Yes, circumcised men are less likely to be infected than uncircumcised men.
And now I'm in week 6 and need to test for HIV.
If you test at this time, the results will be definitive and should be believed. No further testing is needed after a test at this time. EWH

Hello Doctor
Thank you very much for your assistance now I am more relaxed and quieter.
But my last question is if you were in my position would you have made a HIV test.
Or, specifically, should I test for HIV?
Thank you very much.

I am glad my comments have been helpful.
Your risk for HIV from the exposure you have described is very low. It is always a good idea to test for HIV as well as other STIs following sex with a new or casual partner. Your STI tests are negative making it unlikely that you have HIV but testing at a convenient time is probably a good idea for the reassurance that it will provide to you.
As this is my 3rd response to your questions, this will complete this thread and there will be no further responses. Take care. EWH
