[Question #4855] Risk

Had an encounter with a CSW by appointment.  -
did not have an vaginal or anal intercourse. I did receive protected Oral - i ejaculated over her chest but she went at the end for about 2 to 3 seconds and used her tongue to lick my uncovered penis . I stopped right away but it was too late as her tongue touched my penis.
I mainly went for a massage. She also used her saliva to touch my genital area by spitting on her hand and then rubbing my genitals (Balls only not the penis) and i am worried about that as well.

My question here is in terms of risks - can you please advise me if my encounter
a) warrant testing - especially since she used her saliva on her hands and then transferred that to touch my balls.
b) very worried about when her mouth touched my penis - the tip of my penis touched her tongue for about 2 seconds while i came.  - i am worried i may be at risk of something happening
c)is it okay for me to carry on sexual encounters with my partner

Thank you for answering and hoping to get an answer as i am very anxious.

Welcome to the forum. Thanks for your question.

Even unprotected, oral sex is qute safe sex in regard to STDs, with low risk for all and virtually zero risk for some, including HIV. And your exposure was protected, for sure zero risk for any and all STDs. (That you ejaculated on her chest suggests the condom must have been removed before climax?) And the subsequent contact -- tongue or lip contact with your penis, or exposure to her saliva, were entirely risk free as well. STDs aren't so easily transmitted! On top of all this, escorts -- expensive female sex workers by appointment -- are generally believed to be at low STD risk. They know the score, take precautions, get tested regularly, and their clients generally are at low risk for STDs otherwise (i.e. men like you). So the odds are strong she didn't have any transmissible STDs, especially of the mouth or throat.

Those comments pretty well answer your specific questions, but to to be explicit and assure no misunderstanding:

a) I would not recommend testing for any STDs after such an encounter.

b) As noted above, the brief contact of her mouth with your penis carried little if any risk.

c) You can safely continue your normal sexual practices without putting your partner at risk. That's what I would do if somehow I were in your situation.

I hope these comments are helpful. Let me know if anything isn't clear.

Recieving a massage both are naked and her hands touched my genitals amd hers
Kissing

Her genitals defintely rubbed against my penis and after masturbating herself she touched my penis. Can you tell me what i am at risk foe please. This is a different scenario than before all tho similar instance i guess.

There was no oral or insertive sex

Massage followed by masturbation and she did masturbate me.

Should i get tested and am i at risk for any STD.

Follow-up comments and replies are offered for clarification of the initial question, not to raise entirely new issues. I'll just say that body contact (frottage), hand-body contact as in massage, and even hand-genital contact and fingering are no risk for STDs. STDs are not simply infections that happen to involve the genitals. These bacteria and viruses evolved to require the intimate contact of sex itself for transmission. So no worries! You don't need any STD testing on account of the events described.---
