Hello!
After vaginal sex with a person of unknown status. I took hiv ,hep b and hep c test at 11 weeks all of them Negative. Can i forget about These three diseases?

Welcome back. I'm glad to see this isn't about the low risk kinds of exposures that previously concerned you, so I'm happy to answer.
First, if you used a condon, there was no risk for these viruses. If you didn't, I hope you'll get into the condom habit! But even without a condom, the chance of infection is extremely low for any single exposure.
These tests are 100% conclusive at 11 weeks. You can forget about them. FYI, hepatitis C actually isn't transmitted at all by sex with women and should not be considered an STD. And hep B is rarely transmitted heterosexuallly. But in any case, your results are conclusive and no further testing is necessary.
